🕸️ Cast a wide net. I start by opening the problem up. I look at what you already have, talk to the people who use it (if possible), and come back with more directions than you asked for. The first idea is rarely the useful one, and I'd rather we rule things out on purpose than default into them.
💎️ Ground the concept. We decide what actually matters for the core experience and put words to it. This is the phase that decides everything after it. Once the concept is grounded, the visual decisions follow from it instead of the other way around, which is why the work still holds up a year later when someone asks why.
🧱 Build foundations. The identity or the system gets made, tested against real surfaces, and documented. By the end, you have files, guidelines, and something your team can keep building on without me.

Brand audit, brand positioning workshop, brand and visual identity, brand and art direction guidelines, design systems audit, foundation design setup, MVP designs, website redesign or refresh, product redesign or refresh.
Types of Projects:
(A) Brand Identity. Positioning, visual identity, art direction guidelines, and the start of a design system, for teams who need an identity that can grow with the product.
(B) Design system. Audit, foundation setup, core components, documentation, and handoff to your engineers, for teams who have a brand but can't apply it consistently. Usually the fix when a product looks like three different companies.
(C) Product or Website: redesign or refresh. Website or product, working from an identity you already have or applying the visual identity I created for you.
Projects run about 8 weeks, sometimes 12, depending on scope and how many rounds we need. Audits and positioning workshops can be booked on their own.
No unlimited rounds, no marketing campaign work. Scope is agreed upfront, and anything new gets priced separately.
